Skills

Earning Criteria

  • Enrolled in at least one Hospitality Certificate Course
  • Successfully able to set up and close coffee machine independently for morning business. *Practises work health safety and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Participated in a variety of functions to prepare and present a range of hot beverages *Participates in 10 coffee briefings
  • Aptitude to make and serve eight different espresso coffees on a variety of milks
  • Interacts with customers in a professional demeanour ensuring you represent the school at a prestigious level
  • Complete two or more training sessions with external businesses within the community
