The earner has completed a self assessment prior to the course, looking at their expectations, concerns and aims for the course and themselves.

The earner has completed and engaged in an organised course/project. The earner has committed to this course, attending at least 85% of a course lasting a minimum of 8hrs spread over a minimum of 4 weeks.

The earner has completed a self reflection and evaluation assessment at the end of the course/project, enabling them to identify their own elements of growth.
