Earners agreed their skill, method of sharing, and method of celebration with a Youth Worker in advance - setting at least three short term SMART targets to steer the project, and responding to feedback.

Earner has demonstrated their creativity by sharing their project output and skills with peers. Sharing output depends on the nature of the creative practice, music has been shared via live performance, or by recording songs and hosting a listening party. Art has been featured in a digital exhibition, or physically mounted.

Earner has volunteered their time to organise their preferred way to present their creative project.

Earner has participated in a creative learning experience or workshop. This could be collaboratively explored with a youth worker or delivered by a specialist/professional. Earners may have done this collaboratively or independently.
