The 25-frame questionnaire has measured in detail the earner's personality preferences, resulting in the production of accurate feedback on strengths, weaknesses, communication style, leadership style and much more.

Earner has participated in a one day interactive Insights Discovery personality profiling workshop, led by an expert licensed practitioner. Earner has worked as part of a diverse team of individuals to understand different personality preferences and to recognise different strengths, weaknesses, leadership and communication styles within a team.
