Earning Criteria

• Earner has demonstrated commitment by working one to one with a Future Bright career coach for a period of up to 6 months. They have been supported to explore their own career progression pathway, including access to valuable training opportunities, to support their personal career development.
• Earner has increased their employability by setting and working through a personal action plan. They have worked to develop in a number of areas of their work and lives - building confidence, changing mindset, and improving their own health and wellbeing on their journey towards achieving their career goals.
• Earner has demonstrated self-motivation and an open mindset by working to upskill themselves and support their progress on their chosen career pathway.
