Earners of this Cities of Learning Demonstration regularly attended an ‘experiencing the world of work’ activity delivered by the Eden Project. They will have applied learning in a real world context by undertaking tasks - under supervision, received feedback and gained meaningful workplace experience. Earners will have understood the expectations required of an employee at the Eden Project, receive a staff badge and associated staff benefits. They will become an Eden Volunteer.

Earning Criteria

Completed 5 – 20 days work placement showing consistency, reliability and responsibility.

Earner has completed tasks for which they have been trained within the Eden Project Team.

Earner has received constructive feedback throughout and on completion of the placement.

Earner has registered and become an Eden Volunteer.
