Earning Criteria

• Earner has demonstrated their understanding of food and beverage service, and interpersonal skills during service with customers. They have demonstrated product and menu knowledge, customer service standards and strong communication with front and back of house. They have also collated evidence of this in a log of service experience.
• Earners has used their understanding and skill for front of house set up by; setting up tables, plates, ensuring the correct cutlery and crockery, whilst also considering the setting and menu.
• Earner has demonstrated strong product knowledge during live service, and their ability to communicate effectively when explaining dishes and beverages available to customers. During live service, earner has also shown their ability for problem solving and adaptability.
• Earner has shown their understanding of food safety and food hygiene knowledge by demonstrating high standards and industry practice whilst conducting live service.
