This included gaining an understanding of Health and Safety, Safeguarding and the professional skills needed to undertake an internship within the creative industry.

Earner has gained an understanding of what their time as a paid or unpaid Young Producer will look like whilst on the programme; they have developed the knowledge needed to complete all paperwork for their enrollment. Earners have also had the chance to take part in a question and answer session.
