Earning Criteria

Earner has developed a piece of creative work such as a performance, artwork, film or music that has been showcased in one of LOOKOUT's live or online events. Or they have taken on a creative backstage role as part of the performance such as stage manager, lighting tech or runner.

The earner has received feedback from audience members following an evaluation process as well as from the artist or creative practitioner they were working with or one of the co-directors from LOOKOUT.

The earner has been committed to developing their piece of work or learning anew skill during the creative exchange period with their artist and have shown motivation, resilience, learnt new skills, taken risks and responded well to feedback.
