Earning Criteria

• Earner has demonstrated skills in commitment, teamwork and timekeeping by attending regular rehearsals in the lead up to the performance. During rehearsals, the earner has demonstrated they are able to work well within a group of their peers either as part of a small group or a wider whole company rehearsal, take direction and feedback, and follow instructions given to them.
• Earner has demonstrated confidence while performing to friends, family and members of the public at the CR Talent in Wandle Park event. During the performance, the earner was able to manage their time, support peers and put on a performance that received positive feedback from the audience.
• Earner has dedicated several hours of their time to ensuring the event is a success. The earner has helped to create work for CR Talent and has worked with their peers in a collaborative way to ensure a seamless performance was delivered at the event.
