They have confidence to design parts of a workshop; lead delivery; support other young people who have taken part at events using different methods e.g. presenting; discussing in groups; leading reflective activities. They can assess the impact of training via feedback and observation and develop the programme accordingly

Earners have gained evidence of developing and leading the creation of workshops, activities and presentations based on feedback and participation.

Earners of this badge have worked with project staff to support other young people to contribute to workshops and identify specific improvements in their presentation and facilitations skills.

Earners must be part of Barnardo’s Hype Project.
