  • Earners have taken responsibility for a participation project including independent communication with partner organisations or services. They are also confident to lead group or training activities with both young people and professionals.
  • Earners of this badge have shown they can contribute ideas and influence service development and work collaboratively as a member of the Barnardos HYPE service staff team.
  • Earners of this badge can reflect on experience, identify learning needs, and show commitment to ongoing personal development.
  • Earners must be part of Barnardo’s Hype Project.
