Earners of this badge must demonstrate experience of Barnardos HYPE Service by completing the Demonstration level of at least 2 Barnardos online badges. (This includes recruitment; research; creativity; using lived experience).

Earners have used leadership experience to support and mentor other young people. This includes presenting the service to others, welcoming others, and creating introductory groups.

Earners have taken responsibility for a participation project including independent communication with partner organisations or services. They are also confident to lead group or training activities with both young people and professionals.
