Earner has worked as part of the Badge Nation team to assist in the creation of a movement of organisations using digital badges to recognise skills and achievements. Badge Nation is a partnership between Real Ideas and Future Creators. The Earner will have undertaken a variety of internal and customer facing tasks to support the writing, issuing and claiming of digital badges which have been written using the Cities of Leaning Badging Standard, endorsed by City and Guilds.

Earning Criteria

Earner has worked as part of a partnership team from Real Ideas and Future Creators to assist in the delivery of Badge Nation. this has meant developing an awareness of the difference between internal, partnership and customer focussed relationships and conducting themself accordingly.
Earner has learnt to operate and support others to operate a variety of digital platforms including Office 365, G-Suite, Hubspot CRM, Adobe Photshop, GoTo Meetings and the Badge Nation members portal.
Earner has learnt to use the Open Badges Stadard via Credly.com to create and publish digital badges to the Badge Nation collection.
Earner has used Adobe Photoshop to create badge visuals according to brand guidelines for Badge Nation customers.
Earner has attended a badge writing workshop in order to learn about the Cities of Learning Badging Standard and wrtten digital badges on behalf of Badge Nation.
Earner has worked as part of team to quality assure Badge Nation Badges according to the Cities of Learning Badge standard, tagging and language conventions.
