• Earner has participated and contributed their knowledge and expertise on their own and also in group settings, displaying their confidence and teamwork skills.
• Earner has completed a professional experience by working or volunteering with an employer from the health sector. During this experience earner has received and actioned feedback, demonstrating determination and work ethic.
• Earner has successfully presented their work to an audience, demonstrating their assurance and communication skills
• Earner has successfully completed all the components of their course in a class room setting, illustrating commitment and discipline.
• Earner has taken part in an assessment, demonstrating their willingness to learn
• Earner has shown they are ready to take the next step into further training/skills, employment or volunteering activity.
