Earning Criteria

• Earner has worked in a group to create presentations about the importance of safe driving, demonstrating their assurance and communication skills.
• Earner has participated and contributed their knowledge and expertise on their own and also in group activities with their classmates, displaying their confidence and teamwork skills.
• Earner has completed a professional experience through a workshop with an employer who owned their own Taxi company. Through this two hour workshop, the learner was taught about the different careers available in the driving industry and how they can apply the skills they have learnt through their course to start their careers. Also, during this experience earner received and actioned feedback, demonstrating determination and work ethic.
• Earner presented to the class their group project about safe driving. This activity developed the earner's confidence and assurance.
• Earner has successfully completed all the components of their course in a classroom setting, illustrating commitment and discipline.
• Earner has shown they are ready to take the next step into employment or volunteering. Earner has the chance to create a new CV and apply for opportunities in the driving sector with ACH's career advisor as a part of personal development.
• As a requirement of their course, earner has created a portfolio as part of their final exam. Earner has done all their work under timed conditions, demonstrating their willingness to learn.
