The Solution Focused Immersion Day (SFID) Ambassador Program provides training to volunteer Solutions Architects (SAs) who are eager to work with customers and showcase AWS Services. Ambassadors learn valuable SA skills on how to organize and deliver an immersion day while maintaining high standards. An Immersion Day is a hands-on AWS event delivered by Solution Architects to a customer or group of customers on a variety of services and solution-specific topics.
