Earning Criteria

• During the course the earner was an AHRI Member
• The earner successfully completed this learning experience, including assessment, via either 2-day virtual workshop or 6-week distance learning. This micro-credential includes capability development in the Australian HR Capability Framework (AHRCF) Skill & Knowledge areas of Stategic Leadership, HR Strategy, Business Acumen, Culture, Ethical Practice & Diversity.
• The earner's capability has been assessed at an Emerging Leader level for this AHRCF Capability.
• LEARNING OUTCOMES:
• Stategic Leadership: Apply leadership theories, frameworks, styles, and historical perspectives, along with effective motivation strategies. Build confidence and capability to align HR interventions with business outcomes, demonstrating the strategic value of HR in driving organisational success.
• HR Strategy: Develop insights into business planning processes, formulate HR strategies that enable organisational objectives, and effectively communicate and report on HR’s strategic contributions to stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: Learn the language and tools to practice fundamental aspects of corporate operations, including budgeting, procurement, key performance indicators (KPIs), the principles and practices of effective corporate governance and risk management and how to apply a business lens to HR actions.
• Culture: Design and steward the desired organisational culture that reflects shared values, practices, and beliefs, driving.
• Ethical Practice: Develop cultural competence, emotional intelligence, and skills for ethical decision-making, and craft personal brand and values.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): Embed practices and cultural norms that value diversity, support equity, and embrace inclusion.
