Australian Awards for University Teaching

The Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT) celebrate excellence in teaching across universities nationwide, recognising educators for their outstanding contributions to student learning and teaching. There are currently six award types promoting and recognising excellence: Citations for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning, Awards for Programs that Enhance Learning, Awards for Teaching Excellence, the Australian University Teacher of the Year Award, the Neville Bonner Award for Indigenous Education and the Career Achievement Award.
