This badge is awarded to participants who have completed the AASW's Supervision for Two: A Values-based Supervisory Model to Engage both Supervisee and Supervisor in Meaningful Interaction workshop. Recipients will understand the SHAPE model, explore the application of the model to the social work setting, learn how to use mindfulness in the supervisory session, and address common themes in supervision.
