The course prepares learners for the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from International Council of E-Commerce Consultants. Ethical hacking, or "White Hat", attempts to gain access to a computer system or network using malicious tools in order to assess the effectiveness of security measures. The CEH exam tests the learner on the most current security domains using up-to-date methodologies. Students must take the course at an authorized instructional site to receive credit.

Earning Criteria

This course is distance delivered. The methods of instruction include audio visual materials, practical exercises, and computer-based training.
The method of assessment is examinations with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.
