Earning Criteria

An ATD Performance Consultant™ is expected to have a minimum three years of experience before attending the program.

ATD Master Performance Consultant™ Program participants are expected to have at least one previous training or education experience in the field.

An ATD Performance Consultant™ is required to submit deliverables for a final consulting project. The final consulting project is reviewed and scored against a rubric by an ATD facilitator.
