Basic Knowledge Pack (BKP) is the first level of the internal Sales Engineering learning path, focusing on the ONE DQ&C module configuration and demo basics. It consists of the DQG Consumer Certification and the DQ&C Demo Course. Both are required to pass the BKP. It is the mandatory set of certifications & courses for the Junior SEs and newcomers.
