Kanban foundations covers the key concepts of Kanban and explores such topics as visualisation, work in progress limits, managing flow, kaizen and continuous improvement and more. Participants get to experience flow in real life and understand the importance of the whole kanban approach. Once we've explored the key concepts we then design a kanban system for their work and workplace so they get to apply those concepts in real life and walk away with a system they can use and improve from day one
