Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHP)
The Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHP) is the industry-leading professional board certification for healthcare value analysis professionals. This certification is open to those healthcare professionals that meet all eligibility requirements, successfully pass the board certification exam, and then meet all requirements necessary for recertification every three (3) years. The CVAHP credential is issued by the AHVAP Certification Center.

Candidates must successfully pass a board certification examination consisting of 110 questions covering the domains of Governance and Structure, Healthcare Value Analysis Methodology, Professionalism and Business Ethics, and Finance.
Standards
Currently certified professionals can recertify their CVAHP credential by taking the board examination again and earning a passing score.
Currently certified professionals can recertify their CVAHP credential by successfully submitting forty-five (45) hours of approved continuing education directly related to value analysis and the domains of Governance and Structure, Healthcare Value Analysis Methodology, Professionalism and Business Ethics, and Finance.
