Earning Criteria

A 4-year degree (or international equivalent) and 3 years (4200 hours) OR High school (or international equivalent) and 5 years (7000 hours) of change management experience.

Completion of 21 hours of change management training that align to the Standard for Change Management©

The application guides applicants through the entry of their education, experience and training. The applicant is required to sign a Statement of Understanding declaring all of the information is truthful, and that they will abide by ACMP's Code of Ethics.

3 hours, 150 multiple choice question exam

During each three-year period, certificants must complete 60 Professional Development Units (PDUs) and record them in ACMP's online system.
