Earners have an INSEAD MBA-level understanding of the digital product management landscape and strategic role of digital product managers. Through the framework of an accelerated 14-session course, earners addressed a real-world business challenge provided by a startup. They demonstrated design coaching proficiency using Lean and Agile processes while collaborating with MBA students to design, test, and present digital product prototypes and a product manager's digital product process booklet.

Earning Criteria

Leverage human-centered design methodologies and interaction design skills to provide design coaching for a team of five INSEAD MBA students. This includes contributing design expertise and perspective while facilitating a hands-on role for MBAs in all stages of the project. Design coaches challenge their MBAs and themselves to see the digital product landscape through the user's perspective and in the context of a start-up business.
