Mentor possesses the skills to listen, discuss, and reflect upon student needs and expectations in order to provide direction and suggestions.
Mentor teaches mentees the importance of good communication skills and professional behavior in a structured environment.
Mentor provides mentees with a final written evaluation and outline for continued professional development.
