The APS Promise Achievement Award recognizes top accomplishments from across the business that enabled us to deliver on the APS Promise - our commitment to our customers, community, and each other to do what is right for the people and prosperity of our state. Individually or as a team, the winner of this award made a measurable impact on our customers and/or organization and has clearly demonstrated our three culture principles and supporting behaviors while upholding our commitment to ethics.

Earning Criteria

To be considered for the annual APS Promise Achievement Award, the individual or team must be nominated by another APS employee.
Individually or as a team, the winner of this award must demonstrate our culture principles and behaviors and uphold our commitment to ethics in order to deliver on the APS Promise.
Individually or as a team, the winner of this award must accomplish tangible, measurable achievements that have enabled us to deliver on our purpose, vision and mission.
A cross-functional team evaluates each award nomination, focusing on the scale and impact of the achievement on our customers and/or organization and whether the achievement was over and above the normal call of duty.
