  • Participation in a detailed, third-party assessment of the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all candidates receive a benchmarked level of communication and service, from enquiry to preparation right through to receipt of exam results.
  • All trainers delivering this course have earned accreditation from APMG following assessment of their in-practice training skills and product knowledge by experienced APMG and SURVUZ Foundation assessors.
  • Training materials are rigorously assessed and approved by APMG to ensure all syllabus areas are covered in sufficient depth and breadth to adequately prepare students for their examination.

ATOs who have been awarded this badge have met the required standards as laid out in the APMG Quality Manual document ‘Certification Requirements for Approved Organisations and Approved Individuals’. APMG’s certification process is compliant to ISO17065 and ISO17024 and any specific requirements of the scheme owner.
