Badge holders have passed a multiple choice exam, scoring a minimum of 30 out of 50 (60%). The exam is a closed-book exam lasting 50 minutes.

Badge holders have attended a 1 day training course, delivered by an APMG-accredited Agile Business Consortium Scrum Essentials trainer. The course provides the Scrum Team member with the opportunity to gain a practical understanding of the theory of Scrum and offers them practical guidance on the use of a range of techniques they can use to help teams and stakeholder get the most out of Scrum.
