APIDM Certified Associate Trainers have demonstrated that they have the skills needed to facilitate effective, active, outcomes-driven digital marketing training for various groups including school-leavers, undergraduates, marketing professionals, SMEs, private and public sectors, non-profits, and marketers. ACATs can create a motivating learning atmosphere, confidently communicate with participants, apply a variety of active learning and assessment techniques, and adjust instruction as needed.

Earning Criteria

Documentation Submission – Application, CV, Personal Statement and MOU.

APIDM Interview - A short interview consisting of questions related to the previous work experience, any related experience to delivering trainings and general knowledge of Digital Marketing and Training.

Induction – Successfully complete APIDM’s six-month Trainer Induction Programme.

APIDM Quiz - Complete APIDM short quiz session based on the “Trainer Induction Programme”.

Trainer Live Presentation - Demonstration of presentation skills and knowledge. To be presented in English.

Code of Conduct - Sign up to APIDM’s Professional Code of Conduct.

Years of Professional Experience – Minimum of three years required.

Years of Training Experience – Minimum of one year required.

Minimum Cumulative Exclusive Training Hours with APIDM – Minimum of 30 hours required for exclusive trainers and a minimum of 50 hours required for non-exclusive trainers.
Standards
Deliver course contents as per the continuing professional development principles stipulated and agreed by the CPD Certification Service.
Deliver at least 12 training hours per year.
Quarterly peer reviews and maintain an average 4 or above student review star rating.
Abide by APIDM’s Professional Code of Conduct.
