The Certified in Planning and Inventory Management Fellow (CPIM-F) is an application-based designation that is earned in addition to the CPIM certification. It is awarded to an elite group of certified professionals who share their knowledge with others through presenting, publishing, teaching and participating in volunteer activities that promote the APICS Body of Knowledge.

Certification Criteria

As a prerequisite to apply for the Fellow designation, applicants must successfully pass the CPIM exam and maintain the APICS CPIM certification.
Applicants must complete the Fellows application and provide documentation demonstrating a minimum of 100 qualifying points from certification and at least two of the following categories: Presentations and Webinars, Published Works, Classroom Instruction, or ASCM Volunteer
Earn and submit 100 certification maintenance points every five years to maintain the CPIM Fellow certification.
