Earners are able to critically evaluate OT/OTA fellowship programs for compliance with the AOTA Fellowship Program Criteria and Interpretive Guidelines. Earners have gained practical experience in conducting a thorough fellowship program evaluation including online review and on-site data collection/interviewing.

Earning Criteria

Earners of this badge have undergone mentored training on all aspects of the AOTA fellowship program and criteria for fellowship providers. Learners have completed online as well as in person review prior to becoming recognized as a fellowship reviewer. Fellowship reviewers seeking to become members of the FPRC (review committee) must first complete the reviewer experience and then be appointed to the FPRC upon request.
