Exemplary programs have been in full compliance for two grant periods. ACFEF Accrediting Commission is recognized by Council on Higher Education Accreditation.

Organization has developed an assessment-based program that meets the ACFEF Accreditation Standards and Required Knowledge and Skills Competencies in culinary arts.
