Earning Criteria

US-licensed physician, 500 hours within last 4 years in physician advisory activities, 2 professional references, 50 hours ABQAURP-approved continuing education within last 4 years or 25 hours in addition to HCQM Board Certification (other certifications may apply)
Complete a minimum of fifty (50) hours of ABQAURP-approved continuing education within the past four years OR 25 hours in addition to HCQM Certification (comparable certifications may apply toward eligibility requirement)
