Earners of this badge participated in a 2-day Restorative Practice workshop in which they:

1. Actively engaged in co-creating a learning environment based on individual practices and collective values.

2. Actively engaged in a community-building circle and re-create a blocking belief that is rooted in an ancestral story.

3. Demonstrated an understanding of Restorative Practice principles and their origins by creating and facilitating a community-building circle for a specific audience and purpose.

4. Articulated the various parts of their identity and their connection with their relationship with power as well as reflect on how these have impacted how they have engaged in a conflict with a person who has an identity that is different from theirs.

5. Demonstrated an understanding of Restorative Practice principles and their origins by actively engaging in the repair-harm circle process and demonstrating de-escalation strategies.
