Compile a portfolio that includes a report of individual personnel (RIP) that the earner served as a USAF First Sergeant for one year and course completion certificates.

The portfolio was reviewed by the First Sergeants' Council according to the Executive Leadership Rubric and recommended for the award of the Executive Leadership Badge.
