The Certified Indigenous Human Resources Professional (CIHRP) program aims to provide tailored leadership to Indigenous communities, covering areas such as professional practice, health, wellness, HR metrics, financial management, strategy, labor relations, and organization effectiveness.
Must complete all courses. Courses are assessed and include assignments and an exam.
Applications are assessed through a certification exam, and reviewed by an Education Committee and approved by AFOA Canada's Board of Directors.
Applicants are required to have at least 2 years of professional experience in an Indigenous human resources environment.
