Earning Criteria

For Association member, they have demonstrated a minimum of 40% leadership participation in completion of the IEP programming and fieldwork.
Organization has completed (or is current enrolled in) one of the Active Choices, Inc. programs powered by the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative® (PEW-i).
Organization has appointed and maintains at least two current IEP-Activator leaders (per 100 participants) within the company to support, sustain, and further integrate the IEP Method® fieldwork.
Organizational participation in the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative® Diagnostic (PEW-iD) pre- and post-programming assessments to support culture-optimization, awareness, and areas for growth.
