Organizations with this certification have completed rigorous program requirements to create an authentically positive cultural impact in the company. Based on ACI’s proprietary IEP Method®, requirements include company performance and leadership alignment with 7 Indicators of a Positive Energy Workplace, at least 40% leadership participation in completion of the IEP programming and fieldwork, and a marked increase in performance in the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative (PEW-i) diagnostic.

Earning Criteria

A minimum of 40% leadership participation in completion of the IEP programming and fieldwork.
Organization has completed (or is current enrolled in) one of the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative™ (PEW-i) enterprise-wide programs.
Organization has appointed and maintains at least two current IEP-Activator leaders (per 100 participants) within the company to support, sustain, and further integrate the IEP Method® fieldwork.
Organizational participation in the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative Diagnostic (PEW-iD) pre- and post-programming assessments to support culture-optimization, awareness, and areas for growth.
