Earners of the Certified Positive Energy Leader: IEP Activator Internal Strategist badge have satisfactorily completed the ACI program requirements to support their awareness, practice and leadership through their Intentional Energetic Presence®. Requirements consist of experiential and live trainings, self-study courses, plus receiving coaching and space for reflection. Earner has shown proficiency in the foundations of the IEP Method® and demonstrated elevated leadership in facilitating.

Earning Criteria

  • Earner must have organizational sponsorship of an IEP-Activator program. Requirements include attendance at a live IEP-Activator Launch and a live IEP-Activator Level 2 Training conducted by Active Choices, Inc. Also includes active participation in an IEP Leadership and IEP Activator Cohort, and attendance and completion of ‘Room Angel’ duties at live organizational sessions/launches.
  • Facilitate and lead the IEP tools in group format, complete 20-minute coaching conversations with 10 individuals using the IEP tools, facilitate and lead and IEP Learning Lab with peers inside the organization, design and lead a 4-month peer cohort, and complete session with PEW-i Coach for final review.
  • Successful submission of certification application, including satisfactory answers to the following: 1) Top three things you learned from the program; 2) How IEP has impacted you personally and/or professionally; 3) What small actions will you commit to next week, next month, and over the next year to keep the work alive.
