Earning Criteria
Standards
ARA credential holders must earn 24 CPE hours in eldercare issues (retirement, assetmanagement, Social Security, Medicare, long-term care,trusts and estates); plus 4 hours in ethics.The remaining hours can be in accounting, taxation, finance,technology, business law or subjects that relate to yourparticular area of practice or employment.
ACAT credential holders agree to abide by the ACAT Code of Ethics as a prerequisite to holding a credential.
