The Texas A&M Intercultural Change Leadership program offers learners the opportunity to certify skills in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in a global context. The program is self-paced and designed to take 15 contact hours to complete. Learners will navigate engaging activities on a range of topics including: identity, leadership, intercultural learning, social change, and community engagement.

Learners will generate a JEDI plan for actionable change based on the leadership model for social change as a key deliverable and learning artifact of this program.

Learning objectives: Explore concepts of self-identity to enhance the learner's capacity to provide effective leadership for social change; Develop the capacity to take action to serve others and work collaboratively in global and local settings; Facilitate positive social change in the community through intentional planning and JEDI-informed engagement.
