Earners have demonstrated knowledge in technical and clinical aspects of Long Term (Neurophysiologic) Monitoring in Epilepsy and in Critical Care settings. Certificants must first earn an R. EEG T. and obtain monitoring experience. Certificants have knowledge of epilepsy, seizure identification, are skilled in monitoring surface and implanted electrodes, troubleshooting, pattern recognition and patient safety issues unique to this patient population.
