An annotated list of 10 peer-reviewed journals related to the field of educational technology/related fields. Each annotation must incl: date of first publication; goal/mission/vision/purpose of the journal; & a summary of the focus of the articles most often included in the journal. It also must: incl a brief summary of each of the 5 articles, incl full APA-formatted citations, incl 3 resources found through the CUW library, incl 2 resources found through Google Scholar or other web search.
A summary of a current issue/problem related to educational design/technology & an annotated list of 5 articles that could help an educator/educational leader learn more about the issue or concern. Summary must include: statement of the issue or problem; description of affected parties (students, faculty, administrators, parents, etc.); and scope of the problem (Does this affect more than one class, grade/subject, school, district, state, region, country, etc?).
A brief reflection (1-2 pages or equivalent) explaining and justifying the importance of knowing how to locate and use scholarly publications to make decisions and affect positive change in the field of educational design and technology.
