Issued by Resilience-Building Leader Program

Resilience-Building Leader Program authorizes colleges, universities, and career, technical, and trade schools to teach our 7-week course in Building and Leading Resilient Teams. This course prepares people to sit for the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP®) series of certification exams. Authorized Education Partner (AEP) qualifications are verified annually by the Resilience-Building Leader Program.

Earning Criteria

Demonstrate alignment with Resilience-Building Leader Program mission, purpose, and vision.
Adhere to Resilience-Building Leader Program brand, copyright, and trademark guidelines and policies.
Ensure that the 7-week Building and Leading Resilient Teams course is facilitated by current RBLP-T credential holders.
Teach the Building and Leading Resilient Teams 7-week course as designed and developed by Resilience-Building Leader Program.
Ensure students are assigned the curriculum-mandated prep hours and complete required contact hours with their instructor based on program delivery modality.
Demonstrate capability to collect feedback about certificate program delivery from students and implement improvements as required.
Meet quarterly with Resilience-Building Leader Program staff to discuss program updates, instructor support, exam trends report, scholarships, marketing, and public relations.
