Recipient may have developed or expanded practice theories or techniques, or successfully implemented advanced theory
Recipient may have introduced creative practice innovations through advances in technology, the development of more effective quality assurance measures, or new methods of promoting employee motivation
Recipient may have demonstrated leadership in HIM education: through presentations, service as an instructor or advisory committee member for academic or in-service training programs, or through development of innovative educational strategies
