Be an employee of IBM, nominated by Country HR Workday Leadership to become a Workday Champion (In certain countries, IBM Managers can also volunteer and be nominated to become a Workday Champion by contacting their Country HR Workday Focals)

Learn & Research Workday: Complete 2 of 3 research activities of Workday Early Access User Research: (a) Participate in first phase of Early User Research by attending a Workday demo and join the group discussion; (b) Log in to our Workday Early Access experience and test out and give feedback on at least 3 transactions; (c) Share three suggestions about how we can collaborate with other Change Champions to help prepare IBMers in your country to Workday

Learn & Research Workday: Complete all activities required for Workday enablement organized by the Change Champion Team (Champions need to attend and complete all mandatory reviews on New to Workday Page and W3 Workday sites for Employees and Managers (Managers only), information sessions, Hypercare activities)

Share at your site: Complete 1 of 2 widespread engagement activities for Deployment at your site: (a) Distribute brochures about Workday within your network; (b) Present Workday in a Team meeting or Town Hall

Showcase Demos & Collect FAQs: Complete 1 of 2 working sessions for Deployment at your site: (a) Share at least 2 transactional tutorial videos with your network (e.g. 10 colleagues or team members); (b) Collect common questions from your peers about Workday and share with the Workday Digital Change Team

Be Social: Complete 1 of 2 Social Activities during deployment: (a) Share 4 updates with your network about Workday through a Communication Tool of your choosing. It can be through a Blog Post, Handouts, Slack Messages or any tool you see fit for your site; (b) Do a Lunch & Learn for Workday at your site

Present your work with your Workday Champions Network and share with the Workday Digital Change Team your success: (a) Share your Workday@IBM Change Champion work such as success stories and lessons learned as a final sharing session with your Workday Champion peers; (b) Share on Box and via Social Media pictures, video and highlights of Workday Engagement Activities you have executed; (c) Pass final Digital Change team review based on successful completion of all activities specified above
