Earning Criteria

• Must be an employee of IBM
• Provided evidence that the badge earner has the ability to collaborate with their clients to provide a vision or strategy for a hardware, software or services solution to support the client’s medium-to long-term strategic business objectives.
• Demonstrated that the badge earner had developed solutions that solved their client’s business problems and provided value with minimal risk.
• Provided examples that show how the badge earner used their subject matter expertise to lead business discussions with clients to address existing business problems or requirements and to explain how clients in similar industries or lines of business resolved their problems by implementing IBM solutions
• Demonstrated that the badge earner had presented IBM's vision and identified the synergies that existed with their client's strategy.
• The badge application must be approved by the Subject Matter Expert who conducted the review
