Earning Criteria

In Coach Approach to Facilitation, earners take their leadership presence to the next level and gain 30 ICF Accredited Contact Learning Hours.

During a 10-15-minute facilitation session on a topic of their choice, earners demonstrate theoretical and applied knowledge of learning systems, strategies, techniques, and the Excelerator Coaching™ Principles. Their session is observed and audited by peers and an ICF-accredited Essential Impact Coach.
Standards
Essential Impact is Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Education Service Provider. Our accreditation is through the International Coaching Federation, a global governing body for coaching and coach training.
