WIAL Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC) certification-holder is trained (32+ hours), has served as a coach in at least four Action Learning sessions. Has demonstrated knowledge, proficient application and learning of Action Learning methodology. Earner has demonstrated competence in using a variety of behaviors and skills working with clients. The CALC certification must be renewed every two years.

Earning Criteria

Completion of 32 hours of specific training with WIAL.
Completion of report of two 90-minute Action Learning sessions, of which at least one got to a solution, with descriptions, interventions, reflections and learnings.
Has been the Action Learning Coach in, minimum, two 90-minute Action Learning sessions and at least one of them got to solution.
